The Thanks-Giving Committee will be hosting our 4th annual Thanksgiving dinner for residents of St. Landry Parish who are not fortunate enough to have a Thanksgiving dinner, or someone to share Thanksgiving Day with. There will also be a drawing during the dinner.
The Thanksgiving Dinner will be hosted at South Street Elementary, on Thursday, November 28,, 2019, from 11-1pm.
Chief Martin McClendon of the Opelousas Police Department will provide transportation from the following locations for residents that need a ride to South Street Elementary.
