Calling all carnivores, foodies, and chefs! Pitmasters and area chefs prepare their best beef dishes. The Cook-Off, along with the music starts at 10:00 a.m. and lasts till 4:30 p.m. with the dishes judged at 1:30 p.m. The trail ride will begin at 8 a.m.
