Opelousas Rotary Sunrise, Rotary Interact Club and the City of Opelousas invite everyone to meet up at the park for this fun Halloween glow ride. Costumes aren’t required but are encouraged. Glow sticks, water and snacks provided. Grab your bike, add some lights and meet up with others at South City Park. We’ll cruise to North Park and back to South Park.
