Due to a water main leak, we are currently undertaking urgent repair works at the intersection of Madison and Academy. To ensure public safety and facilitate these critical repairs, this intersection will be closed while work is ongoing.
Impact on Water Service: Residents from Madison to Lombard, east to East Street and Academy street will experience water service interruptions, including low pressure or no water pressure, while repairs are ongoing. We are working diligently to resolve this issue and restore full water service as swiftly as possible.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to minimize disruption. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Please plan your routes accordingly to avoid the closed intersection and prepare for the temporary water service changes.
